What is GINETTE NY jewelry made of ?

GINETTE NY jewelry is made of 18 carat rose and white gold as the case may be. Pearls are natural pearls and gemstones are all real. Diamonds are HSI quality. Ceramic is of the highest quality and resistance. It is crash tested and withstands scratches, discoloration and wear.

Does the jewelry come with a box ?

Yes. Each item comes in a signature GINETTE NY box.

Does the jewelry come with a certificate of authenticity ?

Yes. Each item comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Is the full collection available online ?

Are the pictures to scale ?

No. We do our best to give the best representation of the real size of the item as we can, but it is not necessarily to scale. Each item’s exact measurements are part of its description. Should you need any further information regarding the size of a particular piece please contact us at service@ginette-ny.com and we will gladly answer your questions.

Item availability ?

Items sold on line are available. If a specific item were not to be available a message to contact our retail store would appear. Our trained retail sales assistants will be able to assist you with placing your order for the item or the size of your choice.

Do you have a sizing guide ?

GINETTE NY rings are offered in a variety of sizes. Please refer to our size guide. Available sizes will appear on your screen upon item selection. Should you need a different size please kindly contact us at service@ginette-ny.com.

How can I pay on this site ?

ginette-ny.com accepts payment the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

Do you charge Sales Tax ?

Sales tax on online purchases is charged when the jewelry is shipped to a New York address. The current sales tax rate is 8.875%.

How can I check the status of my order ?

You can always check the status of your order by signing in to My account and then selecting the option My Orders.

How can I modify/cancel my order ?

Please note that once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to process and ship, unless otherwise noted. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 3: 00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. All orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday, this includes Next Day and International Priority Shipments. Once shipped, we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the mail. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact service@ginette-ny.com

Any personal information given to ginette-ny.com will be protected. The ginette-ny.com server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process. What if I forget my password ?

Simply try to log-in and Click on the Forgot my password link. Enter your email address and we will send you a link to reset your password. You may later change the password to your liking as per the instructions below.

How do I make changes to my account profile or password ?

Sign in to My account and click on Account Dashboard to see your information. Click on Account Information then click on Change Password in order to change your password. Click on Address Book to change or add a billing or shipping address, Click Save when you are finished and the changes you have made will now be securely saved to your profile.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

What is your return/exchange policy ?

We want you to be completely in love with your GINETTE NY jewelry. If you were not satisfied with your purchase just return it unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by its certificate of authenticity and the original sale receipt within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Items purchased during promotional sales or with a discount code greater than 15% are final sale and non-refundable. We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.

Please follow the simple steps below in order to return your GINETTE NY purchase:

  1. Log in to your Account Dashboard and select the order from which you wish to return/ exchange an item.
  2. Click the Request RMA button found at the top.
  3. Fill out the form with all of the details, making sure to select refund or exchange. Check Agree at the bottom and click Submit Request.
  4. Once the request has been accepted by ginette-ny.com, you will receive a confirmation email to proceed with your return/ exchange.
  5. Print the return label as instructed with the details of the RMA to be included in the package.
  6. Pack your item carefully and include your original receipt.
  7. Mark the RMA # on the outside of the package and ship the package to:

For your security please return your item with an insured courier (i.e. FedEx, UPS). Red Luxury Inc. is not responsible for the cost of returning items nor is it responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Should you elect to get a refund, please note that all refunds minus the shippingare issued to the original form of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing time between payment providers. Sale items are final sale and non returnable.

Where do you ship ?

ginette-ny.com ships within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Puerto Rico and Hawaii is available but will be subject to special pricing. We do not ship to APO/FPO or P.O boxes. Please contact us at service@ginette-ny.com for more information. Just click on your preferred shipping option and then click on the Update Total button and the shipping cost will be added to your Total.

Order processing time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of being received pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 2PM will be considered as ordered the next business day  (this excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays). ginette-ny.com will contact you with a follow-up email should we need additional identification for credit card verification.

Items sold on line are in stock. In case of any delay we will contact you promptly by phone or email. Please allow for processing time and shipping time based on your selection at check out and you will have the total estimated turnaround time. REPAIRS

What is your repair policy ?

We will repair any item purchased through ginette-ny.com. We may not be able to repair older pieces if components needed for the repair are unavailable. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please follow the simple steps below in order to get your GINETTE NY piece repaired:

  1. Log in to your Account Dashboard and select the order from which you wish to send back a repair.

What is the cost of a repair ? How long does it take ?

Repairs costs will be determined on a case by case basis depending on the nature of the repair. We will contact you with a quote before proceeding with the repair. Repairs are processed within 4-10 weeks from the date when they are received. All repairs must be shipped with the original receipt of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to be shipping the piece back to Red Luxury Inc. at their own cost. Luxury Jewelry Brands America, Inc. will ship the repair back to you at its own cost. Red Luxury Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Can I change the length of my chain or bracelet ?

Most of our necklaces are offered with a sizing ring at 16” for 17” necklaces, and 18” for 19” necklaces. Our chain bracelets are either adjustable or also come with an extra sizing ring at 6” for a total length at 7”.
Should you want a different length we can replace it on a case by case basis. Please contact us at service@ginette-ny.com for more information. Unfortunately ceramic pieces cannot be adjusted.

AFTER SALES SERVICE

Is there a warranty when I purchase a GINETTE NY item ?

GINETTE NY pieces are under warranty for any manufacturing default for 1 year from the date of purchase provided your jewelry has been worn under normal circumstances, was not altered, accidentally broken or damaged, nor exposed to any chemicals. Please contact us at service@ginette-ny.com with any question regarding your warranty. You will need to provide your original sales receipt, packaging and certificate of authenticity. Red Luxury Inc. reserves its right to determine whether an item can be repaired free of charge under the warranty or at the customer’s cost as per GINETTE NY Repair Policy.

How do I care for my GINETTE NY jewelry ?

GINETTE NY jewelry is made of 18k gold. Please take care wearing your jewelry and try to avoid contact with perfume and lotions so you can enjoy it for a very long time.
Carefully store your jewelry in its signature GINETTE NY box provided with your order. It is specifically designed to prevent your GINETTE NY chains from getting tangled and will keep your jewelry shiny for a long time.
Gold pieces will get slightly scratched as you wear them. This is part of the normal wear and tear of your jewelry and will give the piece its particular character.
We recommend cleaning GINETTE NY jewelry with a polishing cloth.
Most of the stones we use are natural gemstones therefore they may vary in shape, size and color. Inclusions can be seen in natural gemstones and is part of their beauty. Please be aware that most gemstones do not stand the force of cleaning agents, polishing cloths or ultrasonic cleaners.
